First time coming to this place. The family and I came for a friends Baptism party, when we found out it was AYCE we kinda were not looking forward to it cuz most places the food choice and quality is ehhh. But FuJi Buffet is legit! Really surprised about the selection and the quality. Crab legs, oysters and my favorite...sashimi! Most AYCE parties I go to the people are hoarding and taking all the salmon sashimi, this place has no issues and had so much other good stuff. Dim sum was surprisingly good too. The wifey and kids loves the dessert options of all the different ice creams! Not just that nasty ice milk I'm so used to seeing at buffets.

The only negatives were that it was so hot inside. Like uncomfortable hot. Other people In our party said the same thing also. I mean I know it was high 80's today but turn up the A/C! Lastly, the bathrooms were horrible! I walked in and the floors were all flooded! I was seriously hoping it was just water and not pee or over flooded toilets. Towards the end of our lunch I asked my 4 year old if he had to go...he had to think about it (if it's a yes he wouldn't hesitate!). I told him good, just wait til we get home cuz the bathroom is nasty. Overall, was a good place to have a function with lots of people for a party. Food was excellent for a buffet. We would come back here again for sure.

Normally I despise places like these (ayce buffets with seafood) unless it's in Vegas, BUT I was pleasantly surprised by Fuji.

Went on a weekday lunch and their seafood collection was impressive. They had oysters, clams, shrimp, crawfish, mussels, crab legs and a large assortment of sashimi and sushi and everything was fairly good. Even the sushi was pretty good. Obviously the cheaper fishes like tuna and salmon but nonetheless tasty. They also had an impressive variety of rolls. Everything was much better quality than sushi at other ayce buffets. One negative was the cold sushi rice but it makes sense considering it's not made to order and the fish needs to be out on a cooled space.

They also had a solid dim sum section where I got to try the shiu mai and steamed pork buns. Once again, I was impressed considering it was a buffet.

Their dessert/pastry section was probably the weakest link of the restaurant. They had 6 different ice cream flavors though and a chocolate fondue station.

Food was great with variety of selections. We ate today, on a weekend for $22.99 for 11 years and older. They have a Mongolian barbecue, soup and salads, sushi, siomai, oysters, crabs, crab legs, shrimps, fruits, ice cream and much more. Overall, the ambiance was excellent. My only comment was the server, she accidentally interchanged the refills of our drinks and our guest immediately  tasted the difference. But, the server was kind enough to change the drinks. But, our guests used each other's straws already, which was a bit embarrassing. It's an honest mistake, just be mindful every time you ask for refills.

This place is awesome. The selection is huge!!!! All the food was great. The only thing is that it's right next to In & out so there's a lot of traffic. Parking is in the back. Close to the fwy. Some people come here expecting some top shelf sushi type that they don't serve here you gotta go to a sushi bar or sushi buffet genius. I'm def coming back here again. It's a decent seafood buffet and it does get busy so you have to flag down the waiters.
